Registration

Registration will be re-opened after the registration schedule is confirmed in 2021. Secretariat will contact you individually regarding the refund of the registration fee.

Registration Process

STEP 1
Sign-up
Create your email ID and password to sign up to the website.

You will then receive an email to confirm your signing up.
STEP 2
Log-in &
E-Registration
After signing up, you should log in with your email ID and password.

You will then need to fill out the required information to register.
STEP 3
Payment
Payment should then be made via credit card or wire transfer.
STEP 4
Completion
A final confirmation email will be sent once your registration payment has cleared.

Registration Fees

One-day registration is not available.
‘Student’ is up to and including college students. Students are requested to send a copy of their student ID or official confirmation document certified by the school secretariat. A valid student ID must also be presented at the on-site registration desk.
‘Accompanying Person’ extends only to family members, and the on-site registration desk may request supporting documentation.

※ Due to the limited number of booths, all booths could be fully booked before the registration deadline.
※ The Geofair Booth fee does not include the conference registration fee.

Please note: Participants who are from developing countries included on the list are eligible to attend at a discounted rate. Countries defined by the World Bank and/or the UNCDP as low income or low-middle income are eligible for discounted rates. You can find the list of UNCDP/World Bank developing economies below. Also, you need to submit a passport copy in advance via e-mail to confirm your eligibility for the discounted rate(Developing Countries).

Methods of Payment

All registration fees are quoted in US dollars (USD). Payments in other currencies will not be accepted.
Registrations not accompanied by the appropriate payment will not be honored until the full payment is made.
A confirmation letter will be sent within three weeks upon the clearance of payment.
If you need receipts, please contact us via email at: [email protected]. The on-site registration desk cannot issue receipts.

This payment method is provided by Eximbay and is billed as www.eximbay.com.
VISA, MasterCard and JCB cards are acceptable.
Please note that if your credit card is declined or is invalid, an alternate means of payment must be used to remit fees.

Wire Transfer

All bank charges are to be paid by the registrants.
If payment is not received by the corresponding deadline (Early/Late deadline), the subsequent rate will be automatically applied.
The name of the registrant should be clearly stated in the bank transfer.
If the sender’s name is different from the participant’s, please send a copy of the bank remittance receipt to the secretariat by e-mail ([email protected]).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Secretariat must be notified in writing of any cancellations. Bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount and also an administration fee of USD 50 will be charged.
Please download the ‘Cancellation Form’ from the website, Fill out the form and send it to us at [email protected].
If you do not attend the GGN Conference without notice of cancellation, no refund will be given.
All dates are based on Korean standard time (GMT+9).

Invitation Letters

The Organizing Committee is pleased to send official invitation letters upon request, but participants must first register for the conference and complete payment.
It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential attendees raise funds or obtain visas.
Please note that it is not a commitment on the part of the organizer to provide any financial support.
